Course duration 5 semesters
Eligibility criteria
  • Successful completion with minimum second-class honour Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field of study GPA scores 3.0 and above
  • Ideally, five years of full-time work experience in progressively responsible leadership roles. Alternatively, applicants with insufficient work experience must hold at least a PGDM certification.
  • Applicants who do not meet the standard admission requirements may be required to first complete a preparatory program (see below for details).

Preparatory programming

Applicants who do not yet meet all standard admission requirements may be required to complete an approved preparatory program prior to beginning their degree. These programs are designed to address academic, language, or experiential gaps and to ensure students are prepared for the expectations of undergraduate or graduate-level study at Royal Roads University. Where required, admission is offered conditionally and is contingent on successful completion of the prescribed preparatory program.
